The icon next to the issuer in the "Connect an Account" view indicates the status of the connection.

A green circle indicates the connection is working for all users. If you cannot connect your account when the status is green, please try again one more time. If you cannot connect the second time, please contact us by going to Profile, Contact Us.

An orange diamond indicates the connection is working for most, but not all users. If you cannot connect your account when the status is orange, please try again one more time. If you cannot connect the second time, please try again later. We constantly monitor connection reliability and prioritize any issues with our connections.

A red square indicates the connection is not working for most users. If you cannot connect your account when the status is red, please try again at a later time when the status is green or orange. We constantly monitor connection reliability and prioritize any issues with our connections.
