In the event that you want to delete your account, we offer three ways to do so.
Automatic Deletion via Mobile App
Open the MaxRewards app on your mobile phone
Log into the account that you want to delete
Navigate to the Profile tab
Tap on "Delete Account"
⚠️ Danger Zone ⚠️ – This operation is irreversible and permanently deletes most of your account information immediately. It also triggers a manual review request on our end to review.
Manual Request via Support (Mobile App or Help Center)
Start a chat with us
Web Browser – Click on chat icon in the bottom right corner of this screen
MaxRewards App – Tap Profile, then tap Contact Us
